Accessibility
DueByLaw, which began as California Judgment Calculator, is committed to providing an accessible online service. Our engineering target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Accessibility measures
We work to support keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, descriptive headings and labels, accessible form feedback, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences. Public interface changes are checked with automated accessibility tests and keyboard, accessibility-tree, and reflow reviews before release.
This is an ongoing engineering commitment, not a guarantee of accessibility in every browser or assistive-technology combination, or a certification of ADA or WCAG compliance.
Reports and third-party services
Generated HTML report previews use headings and semantic tables. Downloaded PDFs are not currently tagged PDFs and may not provide an equivalent experience for screen-reader users. You can review the HTML preview or contact us for assistance.
Some services, including hosted payment pages and browser print or PDF viewers, are controlled by their providers. Their accessibility may differ from the DueByLaw interface.
Accessibility feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty using DueByLaw, including the California Judgment Calculator or Judgment Ledger, or want to report an accessibility issue, email support@duebylaw.com.
When possible, identify the page or feature that caused difficulty and describe what happened. We will make a reasonable effort to provide access or assistance.
